These terms govern your access to SEResume.ai, including AI-generated outputs, billing, and dispute handling.
1. Service scope
SEResume.ai provides AI-assisted tools for Sales Engineers and Solutions Engineers, including job discovery, document drafting, outreach preparation, and interview coaching. The service is offered as a software platform and not as legal, financial, immigration, or employment-placement advice.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate account information, maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials, and use the service only for lawful career-development purposes. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. AI-generated materials
Outputs may include resumes, cover letters, outreach drafts, and interview-preparation guidance generated with AI assistance. You must review all generated content before use, confirm factual accuracy, and remove any statements that are misleading, confidential, or not your own experience.
4. Payments and subscriptions
Paid plans renew according to the billing cadence selected at checkout unless canceled before the next renewal date. Stripe processes payments for SEResume.ai, and you authorize charges, taxes, and promotional adjustments presented during checkout or in the billing portal.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use SEResume.ai to impersonate others, submit fraudulent applications, violate employer policies, scrape protected systems without authorization, or interfere with the platform’s security, availability, or other users.
6. Intellectual property and license
SEResume.ai and its software, branding, and workflow design remain our property. Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the platform for your internal personal career-search activities.
7. Disclaimers and liability limitations
SEResume.ai is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages, nor for hiring outcomes that depend on third-party employers and recruiters.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create security, legal, or operational risk. You may stop using the service at any time and may request deletion through the account settings workflow.
9. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the operator’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a formal claim, both parties agree to attempt informal resolution by contacting [email protected] with a detailed notice of dispute.
